Person Involved in Hit and Run Turns Himself In

The person involved in the Hit and Run on County Highway N in Monroe County has turned himself in.

21-year-old Jaden Baumbach of Tomah turned himself in to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office this morning after the hit and run crash that did property damage to two residences on County Highway N in Monroe County. 

He told authorities that while he was driving the corner, he lost control of his vehicle and overcorrected, and drove away because he panicked. 

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the crash.

Authorities Searching For Person Involved in Hit and Run in Monroe County

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in uncovering who was responsible for a hit and run crash that occurred on County Highway N  Thursday evening.

Witnesses say that a vehicle drove around the corner by a residence at high speeds and crashed into the yard of 8464 County Highway N and one other residence on the highway. The vehicle continued south on County Highway N and went west on County Highway G.

The vehicle is believed to be a Dodge Avenger and from vehicle parts left at the scene of the crime is believed to be blue/silver in color.
