DNA Evidence Results In Rape Charges Against Eau Claire Man

Detectives say a rape suspect denied everything at first, then told them the victim initiated the sexual contact after he found out about D-N-A evidence.  The woman told police she had two drinks, began to feel "weird and woozy," and laid down.  When she woke up she was wearing only a bra and some underwear, so she went to a hospital for a rape kit.  Investigators say Darroyl Bandy's D-N-A match ties him to the case and he has been charged with sexual assault.
