BRMH is hosting a free support and educational meeting group for people sleep disorders, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, insomnia, CPAP machines, and their family and friends.

The meetings are to gather together to share experiences, learn tips for better health, preventing infection, getting comfortable with machines you might have to use and getting a good night’s rest. Paula, Voskuil, certified sleep technologist says, “There is a lot to know about sleep and we can help support those who suffer with a lack of sleep. When you add machines that assist in better sleep, there is even more to know.” The first meeting is scheduled March 28, 2017, at 6:30p.m. at B-Home Services and Supplies, 311 County Highway A, Black River Falls, and costs nothing to attend. Meetings are to be a resource to enhance the quality of life for people with sleep disorders through education, social interaction, and emotional support. To RSVP, please call Paula Voskuil at 715-284-3685
