Officials with the Clark County Sheriff’s Department made two drug related arrests on Friday afternoon.
A vehicle in suspicion of theft left Fairchild headed towards Neillsville and was followed. A traffic stop happened just outside of Neillsville and the K9 unit from Loyal was requested at the scene. Upon search of the vehicle, meth and marijuana, as well as paraphernalia was found in the car. The driver of the car, 24-year-old Samantha Waterbury is charged with possession with intent to deliver. Her passenger, 24-year-old Dominic Koch, is charged with possession and obstruction as well. Waterbury is from Minnesota and Koch is from St. Croix Falls.
