After six hours of deliberations a Chippewa County jury decided 23-year-old Jesse Lloyd wasn't guilty of murder.

He's still going to prison.  Lloyd was convicted of conspiring to commit armed robbery and possessing a firearm as a felon.  He could be sentenced to 25 years.  Prosecutors had told the court Lloyd shot Kenneth Patterson to death in the town of Eagle Point two-and-a-half years ago.
