Please take notice that a public hearing will be held before the Plan Commission of the City of Black River Falls on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls to hear the petition of Augusta Building Corp to rezone from Single-family Residential (R-1) to Multi-family Residential (R-3) the following described lands and premises:
Lot 9, Jackson County CSM 1499 consisting of 5.26 acres. The property is located between Van Buren Street and Rye Bluff Road. A map is available at City Hall.
The rezoning would allow for the establishment of multi-family housing of up to 4 units on the property. All interested persons are urged to attend.
