Black River Memorial Hospital has a new president and chief executive officer.
Mary Beth White-Jacobs will officially take over that job in June.
She replaces Stan Gaynor who is retiring after 20 years with the hospital.
He says he will work with White-Jacobs during the transitional period to allow for continuity and effective succession.
