Sex Offender to be Released in BRF

(11/2/13) The Jackson County Sheriff's Department says a registered sex offender will be released in Black River Falls next week. 

33 year-old Leaf Boulding will remain on extended supervision and live at 5 South Roosevelt Street beginning this Tuesday.  Boulding's restrictions include no unsupervised contact with minors, no consumption of alcohol or drugs, and he cannot be where alcohol is sold or served.  Boulding will be placed on an electronic monitoring bracelet and his hours out of his residence will be limited, allowing only for search of employment, treatment, and to shop for food. In 2002, Boulding was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child after he was found to have had sexual intercourse with a 15 year old female which resulted in pregnancy.  Boulding was also convicted of Escape which resulted in his sentence of prison.
