A state tribal leader will give the annual State of the Tribes address to the state Legislature.
Ho-Chunk President Jon Greendeer is scheduled to speak today before a joint session of the Assembly and Senate. He's expected to discuss health care, education, economic development and other issues important to the state's 11 tribes.
