A Galesville man admits he was behind the wheel during a November drunken driving crash that killed his younger brother.
30 year old James Pederson pleaded no contest to homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle during a hearing in Trempealeau County Circuit Court.
Prosecutors agreed to ask he serve no more than five years in prison during his June 19 sentencing.
Pederson was drunk late Nov. 28 when he lost control on his Buick Century on Hwy. 93 in the town of Trempealeau, according to the complaint. 19 year old Dillon Pederson died at the scene.
