4-20-12

Public school districts around Wisconsin are sharing $32.5 million in library aid from the state.

The money is coming from the Common School Fund and is the only state aid specifically used to buy library materials. For instance, Black River Falls will get $59 thousand, Alma Center will get $21 thousand, Arcadia is getting $36,000, Blair Taylor $26 thousand, Melrose Mindoro $27 thousand and Neillsville will see around $29,000.

This year, each school district is getting 26 dollars and 14 cents per student
