One person is dead after a crash that happened near Bangor.
Deputies say the crash happened just before 3:30 Saturday morning on County Highway U.
According to a report the driver lost control, went into a side ditch, hit an embankment --- and rolled before coming to a stop on its passenger side.
The roof of the car hit the back end of a semi-trailer in a privately owned parking lot.
23-year-old Travis Yonkie of Sparta was thrown from the car and died at the scene.
23-year-old Cody Kirkeng of Sparta had to be pulled from the car and is critical condition.
