Elvis Appearing in Black River Falls

(7/26/12) Black River Memorial Hospice, Jackson County Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers, and Judith Ann Thundercloud, along with her family and friends invite you to rock and roll with them in memory of Elvis.

Elvis Night will be held at the Lunda Community Theater in Black River Falls on Thursday, August 16 at 7 p.m. The show features impersonator, Tony Redmond from the Twin Cities area

Thundercloud's family began hosting Elvis parties in 2006. They have grown from a small group of friends in their backyard to being open to all Elvis fans in larger venues.  "I'm so proud to be a friend of both Hospice and Interfaith. They are wonderful programs that bring a lot to Black River Falls and the surrounding communities," explained Thundercloud.  "We just wanted to do something to show our support."

The night will include raffles, a silent auction and a display of Thundercloud's Elvis memorabilia. Advanced and reduced tickets are available through August 15 at the Black River Memorial Hospice, Interfaith and Co-op Credit Union offices in Black River Falls. The Ho-Chunk Nation has provided a grant to help cover expenses. All proceeds will benefit Interfaith and Black River Memorial Hospice.
