BRMH to Host Employee Engagement Workshop

(8/17/12) Black River Memorial Hospital is hosting a workshop about how you can help employees want what you want when it comes to great team and organizational results.

"At the Heart of the Matter: Engaging your Workforce" workshop will identify ways to keep work-life balance, discover ways to keep employees challenged, identify ways to have more fun as a group, learn the importance of building and maintaining relationships, and explore the difference between compliance and engagement. You will develop the tools needed to increase employee engagement at your workplace.

Presenter Cella Janisch-Hartline, Nurse Consultant for Rural WI Health Cooperative, (RWHC) has been involved in various healthcare industry leadership positions for the past 30 years. The majority of her career has been spent working in an acute care critical access facility for 24 years. Over the past 14 years, Cella has discovered her passion for teaching leadership tips and techniques to others. She is well-known across the state for her humorous, engaging and personable facilitation style.

The workshop is sponsored by the Jackson County Healthcare Workforce Alliance will be held at Black River Memorial Hospital on September 21st, 2012, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The program requires a nominal fee per person. Light snacks will be provided.
