(8/18/12-Tony Hart) The Bangor Post Office is set to reopen! According to officials, it'll open next Saturday, August 25th.
They say the post office in that village has been closed since January as mold and mildew made the building unsafe. Before the USPS would allow office to reopen, building owner Lawrence Magdovitz had to complete a nearly 100-thousand dollar remodeling project.
