(9/5/12) The driver of a fuel tanker truck was killed overnight, when his vehicle rolled over in central Wisconsin.
It happened around two this morning on Wood County Trunk "A," about 10 miles south of Marshfield. Sheriff's deputies said the Kwik Trip tanker was filled with gasoline when it lost control on a curve, went into a ditch, hit an embankment, and overturned. The driver died at the scene. His name was not immediately released. Authorities said a small amount of gasoline was spilled, and the state D-N-R has been notified. Kwik Trip sent another tanker to get the load going again.
