(10/11/12) According to a press release, Mary Jo Rozmenoski, the President of the board of Education for Black River Falls School District received two complaints concerning the District Administrator, Ronald Saari, within the last thirteen days.
Using the Board Administrative Procedure, the Board met in closed session last week to hear the general nature of the complaints. The Board determined to retain a neutral, third-party investigator to review the allegations and interview the appropriate individuals and to report to the Board, the investigator's findings. In order to facilitate a fair process during the pendency of the investigation for all parties involved, including the District Administrator, the Board decided to place the District Administrator on non-disciplinary paid leave during the investigation. When the investigation is finalized, which they anticipate will be within 10 days, the Board will review the report of facts and determine what steps to take, if any.
