(11/9/12) A second suspect in connection with the fire that destroyed the Rustic Mill Restaurant has been arrested.
Tyler Keck, 21, of Riverside California has been charged with arson of a building as a Party to a Crime. Keck was arrested in California Thursday night and will return to Wisconsin, but must go through the court process in California and extradition must be waived first. Keck's father owned the restaurant. Kyle Rott has already been charged with arson in the incident. Rott says that Keck told police the owner, Brian Adkins, offered Rott ten thousand dollars to burn the place down, but Rott said he'd do it for 2 cartons of cigarettes.
