(11/14/12) MADISON – Wisconsin Forward Award, the state's premier organization for assessing and recognizing high-performance management principles, will honor the 2012 award recipients at a ceremony and reception at the Monona Terrace Conference and Convention Center in Madison on the evening of December 5, 2012.
The ceremony will also celebrate the accomplishments of hundreds of Wisconsin organizations that have benefited from the program's services and learning opportunities.
Seven organizations are receiving recognition for their participation in the 2012 Award program. These recipient organizations represent a combined workforce of almost 17,000 employees, and hundreds of volunteers.
Black River Memorial Hospital (BRMH) is one of four organizations who will be recognized at the Mastery level, demonstrating significant maturity in developing and refining processes that are tied to good results in such areas as building a highly-skilled workforce, financial and organizational performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Nicole Schweitzer, Rehab Manager and Team Leader, said, "The processes we are creating and improving are enhancing our performance, but more importantly are allowing BRMH to be a premier place to receive and provide care for our patients."
