(11/24/12-Tony Hart) He was the youngest mayor ever elected in La Crosse...Mayor Matt Harter called a press conference yesterday to announce he will not seek a second term.
Harter was just 24 years old when he won the votes for job. Harter says he needs to experience "a normal job" in the private sector before he'll consider running for an elected office again.
