January 2, 2013 6:00 P.M. Plan Commission public hearing to rezone property to R-3. Property was R-3 until split into 4 lots and zoned R-1 in 2011.
January 2, 2013 6:00 P.M. Council adopt Ordinance to rezone after public hearing. Will have to suspend rules.
January 23, 2013 6:00 P.M. Plan Commission issue conditional use permit to allow more than 4 housing units in R-3 zone.
6. Review Employee Handbook distributed at last meeting, need to approve at January 2, 2013 Council meeting
