(12/26/12-Tony Hart) According to the Eau Claire Country Parks and Rec Department, and with recommendation from the Eau Claire County Snowmobile Association, the Eau Claire Countywide snowmobile trails will be closed.
Trails will close today at 12:00 noon due to inadequate snow conditions countywide.
Trails will remain closed until further notice.
Jon Schweitzer, Jackson County Forestry and Parks Assistant Administor, says Jackson County Trails will mostly likely soon close. An exact date and time wasn't given at the time of this release.
