A Waukesha teen, missing since Wednesday, has
returned to her family. Authorities say 13-year-old Robin Cristina Cardosa
apparently ran away, she was safely returned from an unnamed central Wisconsin
community. On Friday, the teen was contacted via social media, leading police to
ask for the public's help to locate her. Police are still investigating her
motives for leaving.

A Winnebago County woman is facing several animal
abuse charges, after authorities discover around two dozen animals living in
deplorable conditions. The Winnebago County Sheriff's Office says 17 horses and
five dogs were rescued from the home of a 51-year-old unidentified Clayton
woman. Authorities say the animals were malnourished and did not look healthy...
three other horses were found dead. Health officials have also declared the
house unlivable. The woman is in custody. The horses have been relocated to a
local rescue, while the dogs have been relocated to the Oshkosh Humane
Society.

Stoughton Police say they have enlisted the help of
the state crime lab, FBI and the U-S Postal Service to investigate a threatening
letter sent to a black teenager last week. Family members say the letter, sent
to an 18-year-old, depicts the lynching of two men with the teen's face placed
on one of the victims. Police say the letter contained a Madison postmark but no
return address. Authorities note that they are taking this as a serious offense,
adding that this type of behavior will not be tolerated and those responsible
will be prosecuted.
