In Northern Wisconsin, Winter Finally Settles In

After a warm fall, winter has finally settled in -- at least in the northern half of Wisconsin, where one to three inches more inches of snow fell Tuesday in a region where snow stuck to the ground for good on Sunday and Monday, and road plows had to be used for the first time this season in a lot of places.
