(6/18/12) Eileen R. Crivits age 88 of Blair WI died on Friday, June 15, 2012 in the Tri-County Memorial Hospital in Whitehall, WI.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 20, 2012 in the North Beaver Creek Lutheran Parish Faith Building in Rural Ettrick. Rev. Elizabeth Albertson will officiate. Visitation will be on Tuesday June 19, 2012 from 5 till 8 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Blair, WI and also one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
