(3-7-13) Phillip "Bert" John Richer, 15 of Spring Valley, MN and formerly of Tomah passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2013.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 310 W. Elizabeth Street, Tomah. Pastor David Dahl will officiate. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E.
