(3/5/13)  Rose J. Haukeness, 50, of rural Strum, died Sunday, March 3, 2013 at her home, following a courageous fight with cancer the past 14 months.

Mary Jane Schmidt, 92, of Tomah, died Saturday, March 2, 2013 to the Tomah Health Care Center.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E. Monowau St. Tomah. Pastor Edwin Stigen will officiate. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:00 until the time of the service..

Maynard Nelson Forrest Jr., 69, of Tomah died suddenly on Saturday, March 2, 2013.

(3-1-13) Caroline Fisher, 97, of Eau Claire, WI, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013, at Heritage Court Memory Care, Eau Claire, while under the care of St. Joseph's Hospice of Chippewa Falls, WI.  She was born April 18, 1915 in Groton, South Dakota to William and Margaret (Van Riper) Gallaugher.
