(5-21-12) 5-23 Greta D. Fortier 71, of Sparta died on Saturday May 19^th,2012 at Franciscan Skemp Mayo Health system in Lacrosse, Wi. A graveside service will be held at 10am on Wednesday May 23^rd, 2012 in South Beaver Creek Church Cemetary in rural Ettrick, Wi. Zwickey Funeral Homes Melrose Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.

(5/21/12) Martha Koehne, 85 years old, originally from Rantoul, Illinois, and a 16 years resident of Black River Falls, died Friday, May 18, 2012, at Family Heritage Nursing & Rehab in Black River Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Margaret; and her daughter, Nancy. Martha is survived by her two sons, Richard and Daughter-in-law, Cheryl Madley and John and his wife, Nancy Madley; two daughters, Cathy and son-in-law, Dick Okleson, and Ramona Smith; she is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
