Wisconsin Men's Basketball Team Drops Out of Top 25

(2/3/14) The Wisconsin men's basketball team dropped out of the A-P Top-25 this afternoon.

The Badgers were ranked third by the media when they were 16-and-0.  But after losing five-of-their-last-six, Bo Ryan's team is now 4-and-5 in the Big Ten Conference and 17-and-5 overall.  Wisconsin is still hanging on in the U-S-A Today coaches' poll, falling 11 places to Number-24.  Wisconsin will play at Illinois tomorrow night.  The Illini have lost seven straight, after starting their Big Ten campaign at 2-and-0.  Syracuse is the new Number-One in both polls.  Arizona dropped to second in the media poll and third in the coaches' poll after losing its first game of the season.  Wichita State is now ranked second by the coaches.
